Morgan Hunter regularly appears in the Supreme Court, District Court and the Local and Children’s Courts. His main area of practice is criminal law including summary, indictable and appellate criminal matters. He also works in regulatory, disciplinary, and inquest matters.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Morgan practised as a trial advocate for the Aboriginal Legal Service where he appeared in jury and judge-alone trials and sentence proceedings in the District Court. He also appeared in complex Local and Children’s Court proceedings and coronial inquests.
