Lucinda began her legal career working on appeals for inmates on death row in the United States.

Returning to Australia, Lucinda worked for four years at the Aboriginal Legal Service appearing in courts across NSW. She then worked for Legal Aid NSW for five years, establishing an inhouse criminal law practice at Nowra NSW before ultimately focusing on serious criminal indictable matters in Sydney’s head office.

Lucinda has worked for the Commonwealth Attorney General’s Department as an Assistant Director in the Defence Abuse Response Taskforce – established to assist victims who suffered sexual or physical abuse, harassment or bullying whilst serving in the Australian Defence Force.

As a Barrister, Lucinda now maintains a practice of both private and legally aided criminal matters in the Local, District and Supreme Court of NSW. Lucinda also appears in administrative law matters, commissions and inquiries and disciplinary matters.
